Be prepared for 3 to 4 hrs of serious hiking and have at least 3 bottles of water. Must not forget that the right shoes makes a huge difference when it comes to this king of rock hiking. Some areas so slippery and you have to deal with that in your way back so keep your shoes clean from mud. Also the best outfit I'd say shorts cuz skin has great grip with them rocks.
Major issue would be dealing with some ropes.. I think gloves should make that easy.
That's all what I remember to mention be safe and enjoy the hot springs. The water is nicely hot.. a bit more than warm. I liked it so much.. it's really worth it.
