  • iRepair is the best. I will go nowhere else and have no need to return to Apple store. Shattered my iPhone 6 screen, plus the battery has been getting weaker and weaker. I didn't even bother calling Apple, because I would probably still be waiting on hold. My sister suggested iRepair, which a friend of hers recommended and she and her boys have used for various iPhone repairs. I looked on Yelp and decided to ask for a quote. Yelp said it would take 2 days for a reply. Kay replied in less than 2 hours. The shop is easy to find, next to Starbucks on the south side of Spring Mountain, just east of Valley View Blvd. When I went in the store, the technician Randy, was prompt, welcoming, courteous, pleasant, very professional and clearly knowledgeable. I was immediately confident I was in the right place. Service was easily under an hour and fit in my time frame with other errands in the area. Even if it took longer, the shop has comfortable couches, and is as stated, right next door to Starbucks, plus a cool sneaker store ("Feature"). Additionally, I needed two, long (10') iPhone charger cables, which Randy sold for $15 each. Everything about my iRepair experience was awesome. I need a better shock absorption case and will be giving them my business instead of amazon prime. ha! Awesome store. You will not be disappointed.
