  • Worst customer service I have had at any store in Las Vegas. I brought a compressor in that I had bought 5 years ago for repair. Was told it would take two weeks to fix and that it was covered under warranty. It has been six weeks now and they don't know where my compressor is and they want 100 dollars more than I paid for it when it was new. I have been on the phone for about three hours and lied to repeatedly. Don't trust sears any more worst store ever on Grand Canyon road. Managers suck to and they lie. Hope they go out of business.
