  • Fairly newer apartments, nice appliances, give you the option of carpet or hardwood floors. Walls are super thin. I had to call the cops a lot with loud noise complaints. Neighbors are not good. They charged me $25 for not returning my parking sticker when I threw it away. Location you have a lot of restaurants and grocery stores. Getting in and out of the apartment complex can be challenging at times because its on a busy street. When you go to renew your lease they will increase your rent. The management is decent. If you ever have a problem go to Lyndsey or Matt. They are excellent people and will take care of you!!
