  • Two of us came here one evening around 9pm on a weekday. We wanted to try the matcha soft serve in a cone. When we arrived there, there was one person working at the counter. She said she could make enough for one cone if we wanted to order the regular size Matcha soft serve. So we said sure, we'd share it! There was no other soft serve flavour option available at that time. When we got the cone, it was perhaps 3/4 filled with soft serve and so disappointing, especially because I think it was greater that $6 - close the $7 maybe if not more? We asked if she could top it up a little more and she offered to give us a mini cone instead, which was nice, but still very small. Maybe it was the time we went, but we felt like if there wasn't enough matcha soft serve left, we should have been told honestly. (Also, I thought there would still be soft serve left at 9pm on a weekday, since they close at midnight) I don't think I'll be coming here again.
