  • The five star rating is specifically for the Scottsdale store. A year ago we went to the Mesa store to purchase a digital piano, where we were greeted by music from the store speakers that was so loud it was nearly impossible to communicate, let alone hear the sound quality of the pianos. The piano we wanted was not in stock and we were directed to the Scottsdale store. What a difference! While there was music playing, it was at a level allowing for conversation. During our brief visit to pick up the piano (it was set aside for us) the staff was helpful and friendly. Fast forward to last week. Again I found myself in need of another digital piano. (The first one was a gift.) I did not even consider the much closer Mesa store. As I walked into the Scottsdale store, the music was again at a conversational level and the staff was excellent. My only complaint when I got home was that the fold-able stand for the piano was unstable. I packed up the stand and returned to the store. Not only was there no problem exchanging the stand, but the store employee took 10 minutes to assemble the stand in the store to make sure it was acceptable before I took it home. I have no reservations about recommending this store to anyone.
