  • Helping bash this Verizon store, like they don't have bad reviews... I have got 4 defective replacement phones in a row from them. Figured I could get a new working one now. Nope, the only fix they have is to send more replacements till maybe I get lucky and get a working one? Or just buy a new one my self and forget the fact I have been paying $9.99 a line for years for nothing. Bad logic, bad service, con artist at its finest.
