  • I've been going to this clinic since I was 8 back in the days that Dr. D.K. Ladell was running the show. I'm the third generation of my family to go to this clinic. The adjustments are good and solid. None of this pussy-footing around that other clinics do. How would I know this if I've been going here since way-back-when you may ask? When I was in university in Ottawa I had some studying related back/neck problems and tried to find a good chiro there. Trying chiropractors looking for a good solid adjustment was very hard. Not only this, a person generally wants a doc with a good bed-side manner too, no? After numerous attempts, lets say I had to settle on a not-so-bad chiro out east until I got back home. Anyhow - a couple of years ago (going on 4??) Dr. Carson Smith took over the biz from Ladell Sr. In doing so, he updated and expanded the office space, took on better clinical staff and expanded the services they now provide. Pretty damn cool to see. Despite all these changes, the level of service and treatment has remained constant, if not improved. Dr. Carson is vibrant, full of helpful information and up to speed on the latest studies in the industry. With a bubbly 'table-side' manner and all the services to help his clients holistically at his fingertips, this guy basically rocks it. I've given several personal referrals to friends, family & co-workers to this clinic and have heard all good things. If you are new to town or new to chiropractic treatment - check him out.
