| - Avoid at all cost!! Do not come near this place unless you like to be eaten alive. Unfriendly, unprofessional, and no one can help you because the person you need to talk to is off that day, very conveniently off that day and the next and the following, even after he said he would be there everyday of the week, I'm sure they have a mancave back there somewhere stocked with hidden cameras to spy on customers lurking for them.
The car is decent, but don't buy it from here! As a matter of fact, if your not a dying to get a Chrysler, don't get one! The sales guy Jordan tells you what you want to hear to make a sale, the finance guy Troy, tells you what this all includes (as pertaining to the negotiated price), but then gives you very confusing paper work that states otherwise, so in the end our out the door price as we had negotiated with the sales manager is actually 'meaningless.' They charged $1800 to activate the alarm system?? but another YELPER said it was included but she was charged $800. I should have read the YELP reviews earlier! Too late now, they said they can't UNDO it, well of course you cannot because you didn't install it in the first place. In the end, they charged us $6300 more than the OUT THE DOOR price, took 3 days to get them to remove some of it.
Three words here: Crooks, Thieves, Scammers.
Three more words: RUN, GO ELSEWHERE
People like this should not be in business. People looking for a car should not be here, I have not brought an American car for more than 20 years, this was a horrible experience, and very uncomforting to see how they run their business here. Going back to buying Japanese, Korean and European cars from now on, thanks Chrysler for ruining our car shopping experience.
