  • Food was just ok. I used to go to Chicken Bonz I was told it was the same people. So we tried them out. Cashier was rude stopped helping us twice to take a phone order and then to talk to an employee. Customer service lacking. THEN if you order wings or fingers your order doesn't come with any ranch or sauce. You have to pay extra if you want dipping sauce. I've never heard of such a thing. I'm not asking for 5 just at least one since I'm paying $14 for an order of wings. I was asked if for here or to go and why ask if you going to bring them out togo? Or maybe your just so rude you didn't listen to anything I said. Which was probably it. Won't be back.
