  • YAY FOR GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! So, this is the complete opposite of my last review!! I stopped into this location only because I was looking for a place called "Sunny's" in Henderson that supposedly sells hair extensions. The one is Minneapolis is friggin' AMAZING, and I was hoping the one here would be just as nice. Not so much. But that's neither here nor there. I walked up to the first person I saw and she didn't have a clue what I was talking about, but she was still super nice about it. Since I was already there, I decided to buy something (You can't help it!! Once you get sucked into the Ulta stun-ray, any female within 50 feet is helpless against it's power). I remembered that I have been on a hunt for a face wash that can take off makeup on the FIRST try. Most face wash products, you have to wash your face at least twice to get all that crap off. Anyway, I walked back over to the first woman and told her that there is a Origins brand that I really like, but I don't feel like hoofing it all the way over to wherever they have Origins stuff at. She guided me to Clinique. I like Clinique stuff, mainly because it's cheap and it's good. But I still was not convinced it would work well enough. I grabbed two other bottles of random make-up removing face wash and found a man working. I figured, "hey, why not ask a dude? He works here, right?" He had not the faintest idea which one would work better, but he DID direct me to a woman that did. She brought me right over the the sink and threw some Benefit Foamingly Clean facial wash on my hand. She explained that this is a top seller, and after wiping it off my hand, it had already began to take my self tanner off. Whoa. Then, she said that Her Majesty, Lady Oprah endorses this stuff. SOLD. Now, this ain't your run-of-the-mill Neutrogena junk from Wal-Mart. But I was willing to spend the money on it because a) I really needed it and b) GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I had been ignored, I probably would not have bought anything at that place and just walked out of the door on my merry little way. I like this place. It's far from where I live, but I will come back most definitely.
