Overall service from this Ford store was unacceptably poor due to the lack of attention, sense of urgency and follow up from the service advisor and service manager. I thought new ownership by Felix Sabetes would make this formerly faltering Ford service facility better but I feel there is no improvement. Gas was put into my diesel F250 tank which necessitated a major repair. The repair took 20 days after a promise of a 3 day repair after receiving parts. Parts were received via air shipment. The repair should have taken a maximum of 9 days.
From the initiation of the work there was poor and erroneous communication. Phone calls were not returned and e-messages were mostly returned in 8 or more hours. I had to travel to their location to get information and then got a very iffy explanation on progress or next steps. My service advisor was not competent and I complained to management and asked for better communication. That made matters worse as he became indignant and vindictive.
The attitude of the entire service facility was one of excuses and contempt that I complained of poor treatment. They explained that they were busy and short staffed and were doing the best they could. Obviously they were too busy to make a $7500 repair important enough to warrant reasonable service. If you expect a responsive, plugged in dealer working for your best interest keep driving.
