| - We were hoping to keep our weekend breakfast hole-in-the-wall a secret, but the word is out, "Yoli's is great!" Our family eats there at least 3 times a month. Yoli's is a family run place, with Yoli and her husband in the back cooking up the best breakfasts in Chandler. The staff is treated like extended family and so are you once you become a regular, like us.
The one downside is the more popular they are becoming the longer the wait is to get a table or food after you order. We don't mind. We know this is homemade, made-to-order, good food, not a fast food joint or cookie cutter chain restaurant. I see that some folks have complained about the wait. I guess you can't please them all.
The inside is small, but with the great weather outside seating in the courtyard is nice and relaxing. The owner of the property has rescued at least a couple dozen exotic birds, who talk and sing. They are on the far side of the courtyard so they are not too loud, but it is just plain cool to go and see the conures, parrots, lovebirds, fitches, and other birds. My kids love them.
Now the whole reason that I'm writing this review is the food. It's damn tasty. We love the mix and match combo of breakfast items. You want a grand slam breakfast you order it, you want to double up on ham, done, just pick your favorites. Make sure to get the French Toast. I must admit it is not the healthiest food, but its amazing. I had the chorizo burrito last weekend, hold the potato, and it was great. I have my eye on the biscuits and gravy for my next visit.
