If I could I'd give Zero stars...
I made an appointment with these people on Monday 7/07/14 for a quote on a weekly cleaning service. The appointment was for Tuesday 7/08/14 after 3:30pm. Upon arrival to my home, my husband discovered our home had been burglarized. We were ripped off for over $2300 in valuables. What about the pool service appointment? My husband called them to see if they had seen anything while they were here. The receptionist that answered looked through her calendar to discover that there was never an appointment placed even though my email correspondence was on file. I attempted to contact Debbie DeLong from We Love Pool Care, in an attempt to allow her to help me understand why there was an absence of a service technician at my home when I clearly had an appointment. I have received no response.
I guess the fact that my home was burglerized the day I was to have a technician from We Love Pool Care and the fact that they knew I had a very friendly dog and that no one was home was purely coincidental.
