| - I love this location as it's not only the closest to my side of town (without being inside a JCPENNEY) and it's also in beautiful Town Square. However, I must say, through the great products they have, some employees being extremely helpful, I can't help but rate this 1 star because of other employees that make you feel like you're a thief just by simply looking around! I am curious and I always shop at Sephora (Being a VIB member should say it all ... $1000? On make up? OY VEY!) I end up not purchasing anything because I feel hawk eyes on me the entire time & I even had an older employee legit FOLLOW me. She clearly saw that another employee had asked if I needed help, she came right after and asked the same thing. After, I was in the back and was applying different lotions, she again came and said something about the lotion I tried on. So I kept walking, making my way over to the other side of the back, and as I was walking over I see her standing there, waiting for me and she glared at me. I went over to the other side, and she was pretending to "fix" the products on the shelves that were clearly already well stocked. She was close to me the entire time. Legit scaring me out the store. I felt as if they were going to call the cops for NO apparent reason! I've worked in retail before & understand at time you're required to keep an eye out, doing it very discreetly, but never did policy ever state to get close to anyone UNLESS you caught them shoplifting, then you proceed calling in security, etc. So it has me wondering what kind of protocol these employees are told by Sephora? Because they stalk you, legit stalk you.
