  • Rude staff. I inquired online about a car, went on vacation fir a few weeks, came home to about 10 emails from the online sales manager. We were no longer interested, so I asked them to stop emailing me. My response to this was a beyond rude and unprofessional email back from them. I will never go to a Chapman dealership.
