  • I retained Emily Mcfarling a few months back for my physical custody modification. My lawyer at the time (Adam Gill) was completely useless. Praying that Mcfarling law firm would help me, I set up a consultation with Emily Mcfarling. Let me just say my prayers were answered! What made me retain Emily right away and what made her different from previous lawyers I retained was how professional she was. At my consultation she had a huge stack of papers of my case since 2008. Before I arrived to my appointment she knew my history and was beyond prepared for me. That is what made me feel confident she was the right choice. Emily and her team were amazing and professional. I saw progress right away. Someone was always in contact with me and following up with me on my case. They use an app My Case which allows you to message anyone of her team or Emily herself. After a couple of months my case was resolved and closed. I did not have to go to court because of Emily's negotiation skills and knowledge my ex and I agreed outside of court. I am completely happy with my results and got exactly what I wanted and deserved! Emily Mcfarling is on the pricy side but let me just say this; I went through 3 lawyers until I found Emily. None of my previous lawyers I retained can compare to Emily and her team! She is one sharp lawyer! I would retain Emily again or refer her to someone in need of a great lawyer.
