  • TERRIBLE attitude by the security staff for sure. We went in and wanted to look at the men's wallet on Sunday afternoon. The store was busy and buzzing. So without a sales associate, we went to the back to see the wallet selection that they had. They put them attached to the wall with magnets so you can look at it. As a customer, you want to touch and feel the product especially for wallets. So 5 minutes go by and we decided we want to buy the wallet. However, there were no sales associate. I continue to look at the wallets when a security guy comes by and says "is someone helping you?" We answered "No." Then he answers, "then you cannot touch the products" and takes the wallet out of my hand and puts it up back on the wall. What rude security and service. Like seriously? Do we need to be with a sales associate to just look at products? Just utterly terrible. This security guard also needs to learn some customer service skills. I was set to buy the product and now I'm never going to even shop at this location again due to the terrible attitude and service. Think about the client and potential customer. Seriously.
