Ok let me start my review by saying I just scheduled my daughters appointment today and this is gonna be their second year to see DR Bybee. And as much I love Dr. Bybee's work ethic ,his front desk staff are the worst. As I'm calling for an appointment they told me that they don't have TIME to schedule my second daughter?????????? I (and the tone of voice is rude as well) I didn't ask the name of the receptionist bec I might lose my shit already. But after reading all the reviews on the yelp ohh well I'm not alone. But I hope dr. Bybee will realize that his staffs/ receptionist should possess a thing called costumer service quality.
