Unlike many newer bakeries and patisseries that seem to follow the same, boring formula (i.e., either faux rustic or shiny modern), this shop feels genuine and authentic. It's a breath of fresh air! The atmosphere is chill and the prices are very reasonable.
They make mouth-watering croissants, as well as delicious homestyle soups and sandwiches. I used to be hooked on their ham and cheese brioche pinwheels but haven't seen them lately... It might be because I've been sleeping in and they often sell out. They have a well-deserved and very loyal following in the neighbourhood.
