rev:text	Pros: Great location, in the heart of Old Town. Price, I was able to get the room for $95 per night. Cons: Pet friendly which is typically a pro except when the dog in the room across from you barks all night because the owners are "out" and the front desk staff claims to have "no control" over the situation. They did offer to move us but "The only available room was in building 6" and "they were having a pretty wild party" that night. There were several events going on around the hotel which again is great except the hotel charges all those people to park at the hotel for convenience which in turn leaves you parking on the other side of the hotel to get to your room. Beds were extremely uncomfortable and noisy as previously mentioned in other comments. The air conditioner sounds like a jet engine taking off and because the hotel is old it can not maintain consistent temperature so it was constantly going on and off. We ordered room service and by the time it got to us (45 min) it was cold and minimal. I would expect a little more from such a highly acclaimed chef especially for the price $$$. My overall impression was someone bought a hotel that was struggling, threw a fancy name at it, poorly remodeled the rooms and then banked on the fact they were in Scottsdale and feel they can charge a mint for the rooms. Front desk staff needs help and as a whole they should revisit some of the basics. I would only recommend this place if you plan on hitting the town hard, spending minimal time in the room and can get a great price. Not the "4 star" experience I was hoping for.
