  • My first time flying with American Airlines and I gotta say, I'm quite satisfied! I had a flight from LA to Cleveland with a connecting flight in Dallas and the one from LA to Dallas kept getting delayed due to a storm. This meant I would've missed my flight back to Cleveland. I was afraid of getting stuck in Dallas if I kept my flight. One of the employees understood my concern and was nice enough to change my flight completely. Instead, I traveled to Chicago then Cleveland, away from the storm brewing down in Dallas! It was such a relief. He even gave me great seats on the plane with plenty of leg room. I'm glad the employee was able to help me get home safely and on time. I'd definitely choose American Airlines again.
