  • What a great way to spend a full day seeing fish, sharks, seals, and more! Odysea is probably the best aquarium I've been to that is not located on the coast. The layout of the aquarium is well thought out. It is linear, so you have to walk past every exhibit before you end up in the gift shop at the end. The "theme" of the aquarium is you are a drop of water, and you traverse through each of the aquatic ecosystems as that water drop during its water cycle; kind of a fun idea. We really enjoyed the entire day. I would have been inclined to give 5 stars, however the aquarium was not finished. They were still building a few of the exhibits when we were there, so it didn't feel complete. Also, the location it is in was still being built so it felt a bit awkward as all the stores were still under construction. All-in-all, it was a fun time! We went pretty early in the morning and ended up spending the entire day there. Final though, I highly recommend the laser maze and butterfly exhibits too. They are included in the bundle ticket price, so I recommend picking that up!
