  • My husband and I were car shopping and were astounded by the lack of professionalism and pushy sales tactics at this location. They try to rush customers into bad decisions and to agree to overpriced deals. The salesperson was completely unprofessional and didn't have any knowledge of the car or anything, really. When it came time to discuss numbers it became a forced, pushy car sales 101, trying to get a signature guaranteeing to come back in 24 hours to purchase the vehicle. This location promises a gift card for test driving a car and when you send the code to the salesperson, they send an email asking you to test drive a car in California. And while I acknowledge attire isn't everything, maybe lose the stretch pants and flip-flops? It makes you look like you don't care about your customers or your job...though at least that's pretty accurate.
