  • Joe K. stopped by our house and talked to us about a new alarm system for our house. He was very knowledgeable and explained the new technology to us very well! We had our new system installed the next day and we are pretty happy with it. Joe K. went to my husbands shop the next day and showed him all the options he could have there. He scheduled the install at the shop for the next day. The install went OK at the shop but when my husband asked the installer to show him how to work both our home and shop alarm off his phone, he was told "read it on-line". Although we are very happy with the system at home, we are not impressed with the customer service we received at our shop.
