  • Started out as a good buying experience then steadily deteriorated. Waited and waited for the paperwork, the waited what seemed like an hour for delivery, then after all that waiting, the vehicle had a check-engine light when delivered, then was told we had to wait for the diagnostic.. this was a brand new hr-v!!! I tore up the check and left. They have not followed up on what they found wrong.....very DISAPPOINTED!!!!
