Only giving 4 stars because while they cannot help me (no surprise, it's SPRINT) at least the staff is the nicest in the whole world. Jonathan was great but can only work within the short tether Sprint and Samsung give. BOTH companies are NOT at all about customer service, only profits. They sell stuff they have no intention fixing at any time. They have no repair that does not include wiping ypur phone to "protect you" i.e. "THEM", even a cracked screen. Asurion insurance is trash. 100 dollar deductible no matter what is being done. I feel for all these sweet employees. They certainly try. But the devil aka Sprint and Samsung, keep them so tethered so as to have to disappoint every customer, every time.
