  • I booked this motel for a friend that was going to spend one night in town. I have to say that this is a cheap motel but my friend's room was very clean and the customer service in the front desk was excellent. I wish I could remember the lady's name that took care of us. We arrived around 5.30p.m on a Tuesday night. The lady was very friendly and her personality was really nice. She is definitely an asset for the company. Mr. Basti S, I just read your comment and I agree with you as far as showing confussion between my statement and the low rating. Besides the excellent customer service and the cleanlines, the front door were my friend slept was old and the lock showed signs of being repaired plenty of times, this made me feel a little uncomfortable and insecure to the point that I wouldn't recommend this place to a woman traveling alone. I hope this explain my low rating.
