So we came here because a co-worker heard that this place was supposed to be good. WTF??? Aren't all places "supposed to be" good? Yeah, I know - some don't even aspire to be. This place is about as Americanized Chinese food as they get. Sure - if it works and you have customers that are loyal to you (like I saw from printed letters posted on the wall next to the cash register) why change out the formula? So we all got the lunch specials. I got the Szechuan pork. All the meals came with soup and crab puffs. Egg drop soup - ok, nothing I'm gonna wake up in a cold sweat at 3AM suddenly craving. The Szechuan pork dish was rather bland. Everybody else also claimed that their dishes were rather bland as well adding either soy sauce or hot sauce. Survey says: not part of our lunch rotation. Lotsa parking - shares a lot with the Baseline Pub - which we passed on the way to our car while being eyed by some sketchy looking old day drinker. Just east of the mall at the southeast corner of McClintock and Baseline that has Lucky Break, China Town Buffet, Little India, and Chutney's Indian Cuisine.
