rev:text	Big Disappointment.........The setting and decor of the restaurant is nice. The food is lacking flavor and and presentation. The waitress we had was NOT pleasant and gave the vibe that she wished she was somewhere else. I asked for an upgrade on a side dish and she verified my order Twice to me and it came out completely wrong.When I informed her, she stated she would correct it. She forget and I ate my meal without it until at the end she remembered and when I showed and stated my main course was done. She brought it out at the end. .... She didn't seem concerned or bothered by it. There was was what. I thought was a Manager,, big guy kinda overseeing the kitchen and watched her go to him. But not once did a Manager come over. Spent $100 there with my 2 adult kids and now they lost 3 customers. If you don't like your job both waitress and Manager, get a new one and be happy. I still gave a tip because my children said she might have had a bad day. I won't ever visit this place again and not only will I not spend money there, I won't spend money at Bass Pro Shop . We were in the market for a $1300.00 rifle but think I'll go to Cabalas. I hope one of 3 things happen....The General Manager reaches out to me,because he/she can't fix an issue if it's not brought to his/her.... Bass Pro Shop see this is a reflection on their business and tries to correct it... or the waitress and Manager look into a job they enjoy because they apparently don't like working here. If you want Good Service. Don't go here.......
