  • I called this place and requested a tow. I was on the phone for 10 minutes while she figured out my quote then took down all my information. She told me it was going to take one hour. After 2 hours I called back a guy answered. He told me there was nothing in the system for my tow and that there was a shift change and the woman was not there. After telling this to the person on the phone he offered no discount or apology. He could not even guarantee a faster pick up time considering the mix up.
