In response to Jennifer O.'s tip, I am sorry you felt the way you did. I would like to inform you that there is no need for a receptionist as we are all renters and take care of our own books and transactions and also why we answer our phones to take appointments as our cell phones are our business phones. I was unaware that you were unhappy because you left saying you loved your hair and it was not until another colleague told me you were upset that I found out because you chose to communicate with someone else rather than me. Honesty and criticism is appreciated. As far as your comments about my character and the look of the salon with excessive amounts of embellishment in you story, that kind of negativity and falsity is neither necessary or called for. Please next time, wherever you go, communicate with your stylist, tell them what you like and don't like, ask questions if you dont understand the way things work at the salon, and I hope for your next stylists sake you won't write a false/bad review on a public forum out of anger because you simply cannot be pleased. I do wish you all the best and apologize for what you feel you experienced at the salon.
