  • Beware! I waited 5 months for my first appointment. I logged in to their portal, filled out all the paper as directed. I Drove an hour to the appointment. I was 10 minutes late and was told because I was 10 minutes late they refused to see me. I was told I had to fill out all the same documents that I had already filled out online. I think it is interesting it was also at the same time they saw my insurance. I confirmed my Insurance at time appointment was made over the phone. Very unprofessional office and a waste of time for everyone. I hope Dr. Newton gets the feedback to improve her office management. I can not give a recommendation on her as I never was seen. A shame that a poor managed staff reflects poorly on a highly recommended doctor.
