  • Gwyneth is such a wonderful healer with a strong positive energy. I have done a reiki session before but with another healer about a year ago, yet the messages that Gwyneth had received and told me were spot on with experiences I am currently having in my life. I had never physically met or spoken to Gwyneth on the phone prior to my session, so there is no way that she could have known any personal details about me to base any messages on. I let her speak and in the end I explained how accurate it was. Even more so, there were specific messages that came through that had to be said verbatim which Gwyneth herself did not understand but I did. For anyone that is skeptical, understand that the messages that are received are what your spirit guides are trying to communicate to you. I encourage you bring a notepad to take notes. You have to take the messages that are relayed to you, and then see or try to understand the underlying significance behind it. It may or may not he direct, specific, or obvious. But there is a reason for the messages that come through. Go in with an open mind. You just might be surprised.
