rev:text	The grounds are nice and the apartment was okay. I stayed at another Mark Taylor location a year ago and was declined for this location for some reason. Well, the one star is because I was told I would receive a refund of my admin fee which was 151.24. However, I only received a check for 101.50. The special was the Look and lease special which waived the app and admin fee. So, the leasing consultant that I talked to lied. It makes absolutely no sense when I was told that my refund would be 151.24. Don't you dare state that I owe you guys money from Borrego because I PAID that amount in full over a year ago. It was for a waste bill that I never received until I emailed the front office to make sure that I didn't owe any money. The front office didn't bother responding to my question. Instead they forwarded my email to the corporate office where the lady was extremely rude. So check with the rude lady at your corporate location. We emailed each other back and forth. I paid the bill. Furthermore, I paid rent ON TIME and EARLY for the 12 months that I was a Mark Taylor tenant. These people are crooks..stay away unless you enjoy overpriced apartment complexes and consultants that tell you one thing but then you receive something totally different. ....,........................,,, In response to Dominique since she clearly didn't read my review. I PAID the fee from Borrego over a year ago so this is what the complaint is about!! So in retrospect, I've paid you guys twice because corporate and Borrego are not on the same page!
