  • Upon arriving to our movie a little late, but we had paid ahead of time there were people in our seats. Staff failed to accommodate us, and just let the people chill in our seats. They offered movie passes, but I don't ever want to go back to a AMC period. So I will be filing a claim with the bank! Don't bother calling corporate they are just as rude, and they use no empathy. This company is horrible, I will be going to studio movie grill for now on.
