  • The physicians, Dr. Graybill and Vedevalu, at Banner Health Clinic in Gilbert are wonderful. Very attentive and listen to the patient's needs. Unfortunately their front office staff or perhaps office management does not match the physicians. While they are friendly enough, when calling for an appointment, you most always get a recorded message saying they will call you back before 4pm. They usually call back in two to three days. I highly recommend the physicians but the practice manager needs to get her staff improved otherwise they may be losing patients soon.
