  • I purchased a pair of glasses in September of last year . Today I went into the store because the paint was wearing off of my frames . The employee I talked to took a look at my glasses and promptly walked to the backroom and had another new pair of my style frames in hand .He apologized about the paint and put my lenses in the new frames. No hassle or anything ,and said come back if any more problems arise . It really surprised me as they were 200 dollar frames. Great job LensCrafters !
