Definitely got mixed reviews from those I shared these with. Came and got an assorted box of cookies. I told them to put one (or a few) of each kind into a box for me. Everything is sold by weight ($10/lb flat rate). My box of cookies came out to be a tad more than $15 after tax. There were at least 15 kinds of cookies in there. There were heart shaped cookies and flower shaped cookies and round cookies and Middle Eastern pastries, and cookies filled with jam, and cookies willed with cream, chocolate cookies, nutty cookies, etc. A lot of them weren't too sweet, which isn't a bad thing. I don't have a huge sweet tooth.
A few reactions I got:
1) The cookie was like a solid balloon (looks hard on the outside, but totally airy and pillowy on the inside).
2) The cookie was super dry.
3) The cookie doesn't taste like anything.
4) Where did you get those cookies because I want to buy them.
So yeah. All over the charts with these cookies. I'll probably be back to get some because they aren't expensive, and my dad seems to quite enjoy them.
