  • Do not go there, they are dishonest. I went with my family to buy 2017 Subaru which has not come yet. I give them a trade in and we agreed about the trade value ON CONTRACT and they took a deposit. Waited for few weeks for the Subaru to come and when it did. I went to them then he asked me for the trade car key to give it to used car advisor. At this time I know there is something fishy because we agreed already. So they took it and as I expected the manager came back to me with excuse to reduce the value of the trade. I told him this is the same car you saw and DROVE few weeks ago. I told him forget it I am going to another dealer. Think about it if they change word and they play games before we even get the car how about in the future and how about if there is a problem with the car. Dishonesty is what I hate in my life. So DO NOT GO THERE. We waited for them , we wasted our time and at the end they breach the contract that we signed with them. It disappointing when it comes from a manager, people always expect manager to be held accountable for contract and for word.
