  • This clinic was great until they got rid of Dr. Henscke and if you were his patient they treat you like absolute garbage. The front girls are already rude as is, but once they find out you were his patient they go out of their way to treat you like crap. I have been hung up on and treated so very poorly by this clinic. It disgusts me how people like that still have jobs. Who taught them to be this way? Dr. Matt was fabulous and the only reason I stayed at this clniic and got my parents to this clinic to leave the Dr they have had for 30 years.. Now we will be looking for a new Dr and /or try and find Dr. Matt. Hes worth it! Management of the front end needs to be looked at. The LPNs that work there are very polite though, not sure about the other Dr's.
