  • I used to love this place. When it first opened the customer service was excellent and the owner was good. Now that they are getting busier it seems they care more about making as much $$ then providing quality service and have hired some unqualified staff. I went for a waxing job (legs and bikini) and it was the worst experience I've ever had. The lady did not seem to have a basic knowledge re: waxing. The wax wasn't warm enough so she struggled to apply it, I had wax all over my clothes, she did not stretch the skin and kept pulling at the same area over and over again until I had to ask her to stop. She kept using a roller in the bikini area - completely unhygienic although I specifically asked her not to. She pulled the strips in all sorts of direction (not against hair growth) so I got ingrown hairs to look forward to. The owner did not see anything wrong with the service delivered and instead suggested that I request for "someone I liked in the future." I won't be returning and would advise others to stay away from their waxing services.
