  • I really enjoyed my stay here. The pros: This hotel is within walking distance of many of the great things to do in Downtown Toronto - Air Canada Centre, Rogers Centre, CN Tower & Hockey Hall of Fame are all less than a 30 minute walk from here. Yonge St. is about a 10-15 minute walk. The hotel is very affordable compared to some other hotels in the area. The room we stayed in was clean and I saw no signs of bedbugs. The breakfast consists of bagels, toast, cereal, coffee & orange juice. The staff was really nice to us. There was decent water pressure in the bathroom and good heat/air conditioning. The cons: There is no parking provided for this hotel - however there are plenty of pay lots and garages to choose from (I recommend the Bond Place Hotel Garage just off Dundas Street, it's not too far from Econolodge & costed us $30 for 2 days worth of parking). Across the street late at night, hookers hang out in front of the Harvey's restaurant. Just stay on the other side of the street and they probably won't bother you.
