  • I have been attending Revolution for almost 3 years. I have grown in my mental and physical strength & I've never been healthier. I attribute these improvements to the following aspects of Revolution that make it the place you'll want to check out if you're searching for a new gym: 1. There are three classes offered: Weightlifting, cardio kickboxing, & fit (which is similar to circuit training). I really like attending any of three classes. Fit is the most popular class and it's great because it combines strength and cardio exercises in a format that is never the same. I feel well-rounded in my endurance and strength because of the combination of exercises. After three years, I'm still seeing new formats for our classes and we are always being introduced new exercises. 2. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable about their craft and they are encouraging throughout your whole fitness process, inside and outside the gym. They are always willing to touch base with you about any of your needs. 3. The instructors provide differentiated instruction throughout their classes, providing exercises for all levels of fitness, such as being new to working out, a veteran athlete, or if you are injured. The instructors prioritize meeting your needs so you are challenged and supported in your success. 4. The Rev community is tight-knit and supportive, just like a family. The words of encouragement during my first class and the round of high-fives that everyone shares with one another at the conclusion of the class solidified my decision to come back after my first class. Now, some of my best friends are at this gym and there is never a shortage of people to go hiking with. 5. The gym members love to complete obstacle course races, such as the Spartan races, Badass Dash, and Tough Mudder. I was SO nervous about completing my first OCR 2 years ago, but with coming to the gym regularly, I felt overly prepared throughout the race and immediately signed up to do another. 6. There are frequently challenges being hosted by the trainers, challenges that focus on either weight-loss, muscle building, or decreasing your body mass index. I've completed 5 of these challenges and I've loved the process of working as a group to achieve a common goal. I also love the level of accountability during these challenges. I have seen tremendous results. 7. When I searched around for a class base gym, I noticed that prices were generally twice what Rev is offering, which made this offer hard to resist. Overall, this gym has revolutionized my health and my approach to being healthy. The first class is free; what do you have to lose?
