| - At first, this company was great: responsive office team, great cleaners. Over the past six months, though, they've canceled at the last moment, had cleaners who didn't put basic things back in place, took several days to answer complaints, and changed to a lackadaisical voice mail message ("Hey, you've missed us; well, we missed you, too!"). They couldn't seem to keep it straight who in our home should be the main contact person or to whom they should send the bills. It's as if they don't use a computer to keep track of basic information. Oh, and they mailed back the keys instead of offering to drop the keys off when someone was home. I get that there are times when emergencies prevent cleaners from coming, but the emergencies were averaging one/month the past six months. I am so disappointed.
