If 0 stars were an option I would have chosen that. For starters when I was waiting for the Enterprise Rep. to pick me up I was informed by the person who had been waiting for over an hour that it was probably going to be a lot longer before someone came. But thankfully they were there within 10 minutes for my sake not the other person waiting. On our short ride to the Enterprise place the Enterprise rep ran a red light in Pineville thank goodness we did not get pulled over which would have made our trip even longer. They did not have a car washed and ready but did quickly get one ready for me and I was able to use my entire 1 hour lunch to drop off my car at the body shop and get a rental car I had wished it would have been quicker than that so I could have enjoyed a lunch. When I received a call from my body shop to let me know the vehicle was ready for pickup I made arrangements to leave work to go get the vehicle; they instructed that I could leave the rental car at their shop and would call Enterprise to let them know it was ready to be picked up. I contacted Enterprise just For Peace of Mind on my end and was informed that they would not be able to pick up the car until that next Monday and that should anything happen to the rental car even out of my possession I would still be held responsible. That did not settle well with me so I then had to put myself in more of a bind and get the car to them personally to relinquish myself from all responsibility. I was then asked about how Enterprises customer service had been and I was inclined to say no comment. I did not have time to go over all of the reasons why I felt like they could have done better but felt like I was obligated to give them feedback as they were very pushy. I was then told that I would not be able to get my deposit back right away because of poor communication between the body shop and rental company. I am still waiting for that but overall I have decided that I will NEVER use this rental service again. Car renters beware.
