  • Came on a Saturday and was told the wait was 1 hour and 15 minutes. I registered then went to eat, came back 1 hr 15 mins later and was told I needed to wait an additional 20 minutes. Waiting 1.5 hours to get my daughter's haircut isn't my idea of fun. I'll make sure my wife takes her during the week moving forward. So now the positive news-- My daughter loved the Monsters, Inc theme. It's very colorful and they invested the money to make it a Disney-like experience and not just a hair salon. They put glitter and sprayed a strawberry scent on my daughter's hair. They even put a bow. My wife rolled her eyes that it reminded me of what the groomer does to our dog. My wife insists that it was well worth the wait. I used a first-time customer coupon from their website which saved me $5.
