  • I was looking for a new nail salon since the one I used to go to went downhill once it was under new management. This place is close to my house and based on the reviews, I thought I would give it a try. I was rather disappointed when I left. The nail tech was friendly and I showed her a design I wanted and needed a full set. She made nice conversation throughout, but once she started to apply the gel color, she began to rush through it. Once finished, she just walked away! I went to the front desk to pay where I later found her and she seemed like she was too busy to even give a departing remark. The design was very amateur looking and the acrylic was lumpy in places. After a week there was some lifting on a few nails. For the prices they charge, I expected better quality than what I got. One thing that really bothered me was when I went to wash the dust of my hand, there were no towels to dry my hands near the sink at all. I asked an attendant that passed by for a paper towel or something, and she replied, "Your tech should help you with that" and walked off. I ended up using my pants.
