  • I got a hair cut at this place a week and a half ago. The woman who cut my hair was unfriendly, bossy, and downright mean. I should have walked out because I was not getting a good feeling from working with her from the start. Yesterday, I noticed that once side of my hair is longer than the other. I ought to go back and get it fixed, but I don't want to go back for anything. Also, when I was there, they were having trouble with their credit card processing and didn't tell me until after the haircut. Luckily, I had enough cash to pay for it, but they assumed I would have cash or a checkbook with me apparently. It would have been nice if they would have told me up front. When I was leaving, they told me I could have $3 off my next cut if I made the appointment before I left. At the time, I was ambivalent, so I made an appointment. When I realized I did not want to go back for the next appointment, I called to cancel. The person who answered was obviously doing something else while answering my call and they were very unprofessional on the phone.
