  • Do NOT take your phone in for display repairs. My iPhone 6 Plus was working perfectly, just had a cracked screen. I took it in to finally replace the screen. I picked up my phone and display looked great, however it wasn't working on left side. When I touched the phone on the left side it wouldn't register. I took it back the next day and the tech said... "sometimes we get bad glass... I'll replace it and call you." Went back to pick up my phone and I was told..."the motherboard was damaged while we were replacing your screen? Give us an opportunity to fix your motherboard". What!!!!! As soon as they realized I was upset that they fried a phone I'm still making payments on, the owner (no integrity) came over and said I must have damaged the motherboard? Hands down the most unethical, unprofessional interaction with a business owner. I asked for my original cracked screen back. Now 1/2 my phone is blacked out. I'm writing a letter to the better business bureau. Anyhow... there are so many iPhone repair shops in town. DO NOT USE THIS ONE. Horrible service, broke a new iPhone and refused to replace it. The owner was willing to offer me a 30 day warranty on a phone they broke?!?!? Wow. Stay away from this business. I'm telling all my coworkers and friends to save them a headache.
